Returns

We accept returns within 2-3 working days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Certain items such as perishable goods, custom products, and digital downloads may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description for details.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 Working Days

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@pinaclestore.online.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is posted.
